Nissan to Subaru hub converters....i know it can be done but how and where???

Ive just been offered a great deal on a set of wheels, one time offer, the wheels are on a Nissan 300zx stud pattern but the guys who is seling them had them fitted to his subaru.
i need to know where i can get these converters made and how much about im looking at.....a Northwest firm would be great....
and no he does not have the info i require as the firm moved on a few months ago, and he no longer has the scooby or the hubs......poo
any help would be great....
