This is driving me mad, I'm always having to clean little 'rusty' specs off my car, and can't figure where they're coming from. I remember reading about some probs that P1's? had back in the day and was thinking I might have the same? Its a White! Sti 2 with 2-pots, the pads are the same it had fitted when it came from japan. The only markings on them I can see are 'Jurid 636FF' and a number 457-99. Anyone ID these pads. HELP!

It was Ferodo DS3000's that killed P1 wheels. I had a set on my Puma snd they stopped the dar well, but tore lumps out the disk and fired iron fillings all over the wheels and doors.

As they are import pads I have no idea what they are but you would be best ditching them and gettinga set of Ferodo DS2500's or Mintex M1144's.

Cheers Steve,
I'll change them, clean the whole car (again) and see if fixes it.
Its gonna take a while to clean all over though . Where's the best place for pads locally? or is mail order the only option?
