Uprated Rear Pads on STI 7 or 8 is it worth it
#2
Arron,
I've got Ferodo DS2500 on the rear of my STi7, definitely an improvement over standard pads, but not necesary the best option.
I had Pagid RS42s on the front before changing to Ferodos when my new front discs arrived recently, I upgraded the rears to DS2500 at the same time. Wish I'd stuck with the Pagids on both front and rear they are much better than the DS2500s.
Hope this helps.

depends on the type of driving you do really.......you can normally get away with increasing the front brakes ahead of the rears, but if you drive hard regularly you will find mthe car sits more "even" under braking if you use the same material all round!!
don't normally recomend "mix & match" fronts and rears when using uprated materials........
feel free to mail for any info.
