pagid discs/pads
#1
i fitted set of pagid 8 groove discs with fast road pads to my turbo (my00)with the standard 4 pot calipers .
the result is very very very good braking .the pads work well from cold no bother.there is a lot of talk of what set up to fit with the standard 4 pot calipers.having fitted pagid discs/fast roads pads go for them.they are excellent.i got mine from midland impreza, his price was £25 cheaper than other quotes.

I was looking at this setup as it seems to perform very well for the money and I havent heard a bad word said about them on here.
How much did you pay for them from Midland and how much did it cost to fit?
Simon.

I have just fitted the same to my MY01 WRX and I am very pleased with the results. I got mine for £380 in the Scoobynet Shop, which included discs, pads, braided hoses and fluid.

Iwas £278 and fitted myself.I only bought discs/pads.I was mis- quoted at first so i got a better deal?,others quotes for the same where around the £300 mark. They are very easy to fit .If you cannot fit them yourself any mechanic should be able to fit them ,it is a very very easy job. With the standard brakes under very heavy braking i might have just felt the abs working, now under the same heavy braking the abs is working like mad.I am running out of trye grip now.If you fit this set up you will be well pleased. My wife drives the car a lot and she said the brakes are better from cold.

Sillysi - sounds like u got it from Scoobysport. There are quite a few places where you can buy the kit considerably cheaper even compared to the Scoobyshop price. Midland Impreza seem to be the favourite.
