mytyres.net - anyone had problems?

I ordered 2x Toyo's from www.mytyres.net on the 27th Jan (just over 3 weeks ago). I got the order confirmation through almost immediately stating that these tyres usually take 1 week to deliver.
2 Weeks later I get another email saying the expected delivery date to be the 6th Feb (last Friday). When they didn't arrive by Monday I contacted mytyres.net and they promptly responded to my email stating that Parceline can't find my address and he's given them my number and they'd phone to arrange delivery on Tuesday.
They didn't phone till I chased them up again today. Having given clear directions (to a courier!) of where to find my office (in a large building off a major road!) he said that he'll have to check at the depot to see if the tyres are still there cause the return address was Germany. He said he'd get back to me but hasn't.
So 3 weeks and 3 days from ordering I'm £140 worse off with no tyres to show for it.
I only used mytyres.net cause they were recommended to me.
