Advise on re720 potenza please

Any one know if these are a soft or hard compound,they somehow dont feel trust worthy.Its as if they would let go without warning?

had these on my sti 3 they are a mid to hard and not a patch on so2s

I have them on my Sport. I got them cos of the write up they received. Excellent in the Wet, good to average in the dry.

I have to agree with that,
(although i only have a sport, its the same weight going round corners, & i only have 15")
In fact for the first 12000, i thought dry was excellent as well;
must be my grannies driving style.

The compound is pretty hard, this set has now lasted me 25000,
and still good tread. Performance not so good now tho, you can feel that.
Road noise is higher than most , as is rolling resistance.
The full set, fitted was around £210 i think.
But a good tyre anyway.Depends on how u want to drive.
