Where 2 get metal (or other) fake driving pegs for OZ's?

Just trying find out wot the options r with regards the nuts & "fake driving pegs" on sum OZ's im in the process of getting 
Basically it's got 10 holes 5 of which currently have black plastic pegs stuck in 'em with the other 5 with the correct PCD available 4 the nuts 
Not too worried about the nuts as i have nice shiny versions of them but i'm just wondering how easy & if so where from, it is 2 get sumin more shiny 2 match the wheel than the black set up?
