Question

I have a legacy Turbo.
I have MY94 WRX wheels (and very nice they are too).
I do not plan to change these wheels, as the car is very stealthy with them on.

I currently have uprated brakes on the front (four-pot calipers from WRX, I think? Not sure, but they are Impreza brakes, bigger than the Legacy ones, and have SUBARU written on them in big friendly letters)

My discs are knackered.

Can anyone reccomend a set of discs and pads that will go with this setup that will improve my stopping power?

Steve try a set of Pagid grooved disc's they are the best quality and a reasonable price.I think they must be 294mm to fit the caliper you mentioned, give me a call at work 01474 560031 and I will confirm.

Yep, have to agree with the other posts to this. I've got the Pagid 8 groove discs and RS 421 pads in my MY00 Turbo and have found the braking to be fantastic, much improved over standard but unlike other pads I've had in the past these actually work better than OE from cold. I've tested them round Spa and found them to be superb, just getting better as they got hotter with no fade all day. Pad life is also very good.

Got mine from Performance Braking, 01600 713117, extremely knowledgeable people and very helpful, as well as being cheaper than the subaru 'specialists' for the same product

HTH.
