As above, getting 18 inch wheels for my P1 - what size tyres do I need?

I had 225/35 18's but you can also fit 215/35 18's. The issue is that the 225/35 18's can rub the rear arches. I never had any problems but I know that Mellow did.

Jay where are you getting your 18" wheels from? because i'm after some gold OZs P1 Wheels. Ady.

I've gone with 7x18 OZ Supperleggra's with 215 35 18 Toyo rubber from Scoobyworld for a total of £1160 which works out at £290 per corner.

Did not go for Gold though. Went for Anthracite as I can never make my mind up on the Gold.

 

Cheers Jay, ive also been looking at some Wheel Mania Vortex polished chrome alloys with Toyo's they look very nice on a P1 too. I was quoted £1165. But no stock till next year. Ady.

 

I got a set of OZ Supp Leg's in anthracite with 215/35/18's never had a prob on the rear although checking my tyres last week I have noticed that on the front passenger tyre it looks like something has rubbed on the inside of the tyre. It's not gone right around the tyre, but has taken a fair piece of the tyre away in a certain section.

Just looking for a couple of replacement tyres now, as soon as I have found out what has been catching I will post, along with a pic if I can ever work out how to...

Oh I paid 1100 for mine from Halfords, as I was one of the first in UK to have them in this size and col for the scoobster, halfords kept arseing me about on delivery times, when I first ordered they said 2weeks, 2 weeks later no wheels they then promised another 2 weeks, it eventually turned out to be nigh on 4months... After tons of harrassing halfords they evetually refunded me 200notes for inconvieniance, and threw in a set of wheel locks.
