Maybe a simple question:

Due for first replacement of brake pads on my standard My2000 turbo soon.

I guess the main dealer who does my service would charge quite a lot to do it so I am looking at the local garage my parents use.

All I wanted was the standard "Subaru" parts fitted but he gave me two quotes:

One for Lockheed all four corners fitted 87 quid (25 of this being the labour)

Then some other name I forget for more high performance pads 155 quid.

I just want whatever a subaru dealership would fit. Is there a subaru branded item or does it go by some other name. If so what?

subaru genuine items available from dealer - exactly what it says on the tin........

we supply O.E. quality items, could check price which are made by a japanese "original equipment" manufacturer but at a reduced cost!
