I just bought some brand new ATS Motorsport DTM rims for a very reasonable £85 each. Seem very light and pretty strong.
Got them from Erik at www.advancedautosport.com, nice wheels and very, very helpful people (they went to Germany to get the wheels for me ). Couldn't fault the price either, the wheels seem very light as well.
Trackday tyres is always a toughie. Do you want to run slicks or do you want road legal tyres? If its the road legal type then look at (in order of my preference) P Zero Corsas, Dunlop DO1J, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup.
