You could try TSL or the Scoobynet shop!!!
There are loads of companys doing performance disks and pads. Look at the ads in and jap car/ max power "type" mags.

You have 2 pot calipers with 277mm disks by the sound of it!

You can upgrade the disk and pad and keep the same caliper (disk will have to be the same size).
Or go for a whole upgrade like the one Godspeed offer (325mm disk, pads, caliper and brackets to fit) though thats about £500

Stick to grooved disks!! Drilled disk tend to crack between the holes

A "Group N+" disk is the best place to start an upgrade (these are better quality then the std disks but are a direct swop for them).
"+" usually means they are grooved
Then you will need pads to go with them!

Hope this helps explain a few things
Iain.

i know what calipers are. can you buy these on there own. stick some new pads in them.. then fit them?
i know about grooved and drilled..

2 or 4 pot?? this relates to how many pistons push the pads onto the disc, the 2pot caliper is a 'sliding' design and basically drags the outer pad inwards at the same time as pushing the inner pad onto the disc (easy to spot as you can see 90% of outer pad when you look thro' wheel)
4 pot has 2 pistons on either side of disc which both push equally ('ish) on the pads, when you look thro' the wheel you'll see "subaru" painted on the caliper in white
by what you've said it would seem you've got the slightly smaller disc and 2pot caliper as the 4pot runs on approx' 295mm discs
alyn - as performance
