Wheel balancing

Top notch balancing in Essex at all?
Poss. on the car.
Any advice beyond the above?
Wheels fitted last Nov along with Eibachs,brakes + geometry by our friends at TSL.
First time the wheels have been off was for the 30,000 mile service at local dealer 2 weeks ago. Wheels not swapped around as plenty of tread left on (5mm fr, 6mm back).
Now at 70mph + I get some 'wobble' (ie side to side vibration) through the steering wheel. I carefully took hands off and watched the wheel and could see the movement as well as feeling it.
Don't understand this at all as seems to be a balancing issue. No tyre/wheel damaged at all. All stick on weights seem present too from the original balancing by wheel/tyre supplier.
Help!
