Hi guys......... I have a 93 WRX and since I bought it I've had crappy squeaky brakes and I haven't even been bothered to look at them yet. However, I'd rather just buy uprated pads as the brakes don't seem all that good!
Question is, will better pads make my brakes much better?
and, what ones should I get, where from and at what cost?!
Credit card is at the ready!

Thumbs up

Are you running 2 pots, 4 pots or 6 pots ?.

I run DS2500 pads in my OE 4 pots with goodridge braided hoses and oe discs, and silkolene brake fluid. They seem to stop okay.

I must be running 2 pots as they are the crappest brakes you can get on a scooby I would assume.

big isn't always best! pad and disc material have more influence than size - we run a legacy turbo estate as chase car with PAGID "blues" and the brakes are very good! give me a shout for advice and i'll help you out
