PFC pads for the AP 5200 caliper?
#1
Hiya!
I'm trying to sort some new pads for my 16" AP-kit (5200 caliper and the 305 mm disc)...been running Pagid blue for a while - but they're not really up to dedicated track driving...
So...one of the long distance lads suggested PFC's.
There is a small issue with the size of the pad (the "sweep" height) - regular pads for the 5200 will catch on the bell.

The PFC pads can also eat the discs, well the hi-torque compounds anyway.
Pagid do a vast range of pads, Pagid Black is one step up from the Blues, then there are also Yellow pads.
The Ferodo DS2500 might be a better bet too, these are a high(ish) torque pad that don't eat the discs, probably cheaper than pagids too.
