Yes!!!
The 4 pots from the STI's and later MY99/00 are a straight swop for the std weedy 2 pots though you need the disks and pads. Cost between £250-300 2nd hand for calipers, disks and pads.
Only problem is they only fit under 16"+ wheels (not all 16" wheels fit over so check before you do it!!)
If you do change, you might consider changing the hoses for braided lines (£50) and unprating the fluid to DOT5.1(£15) at the same time

I have just (After considerable headaches) uprated my 2 pot front system to a 4 pot system and the brake are absolutly great in comarison to the old 2 pots. I got a complete kit from Grahame Goode (Link available from www.sidc.co.uk)
The kit comprised of 4 pot calipers, vented discs and STi pads. The kit cost £700 including VAT.
