Talking

Finally I've just got my hands on some new centre caps for my speedline wheels.

Currently I have shabby gold one on.

Should I:

a)Replace them with black ones,

or

b)Replace them with silver ones.

I've seen gold wheels with black ones and they look OK, although silver ones may look cr&p!!

Please help me decide..

Many Thanks

RickyD

Question

Answers to all the questions folks..

I got them from a girl at work who's ex-boyfriend works for a Performance Spares place near Newcastle.

As mentioned in my above post, the actual black centre caps that I've got don't fit my 16" Six Spoke Gold Speedlines, so I'm not sure if different types of Speedline wheels have different ID's for the centre caps or not. I don't know if anyone else can answer this one for me.

There are also four silver sticky badges that stick onto the caps, one which is also already on the one of the caps.

I was also given four black badges. To cut a long story short I had to lever the four old shabby gold badges off my current centre caps and stick the four new black one's onto them. It now looks a hell of a lot better now! One happy customer. Although I also broke one of my caps, so I had to get the soldering iron out and melt it back together and it's fine now..

The cost that I was quoted was £10 each. The silver caps have Speeline with Corse in the background on them.

Hope this answers your questions

Cheers

Unhappy

RickyD,

Do they have the Speedline or Prodrive logo on them? I'm still trying to find some for my RB5 and nearly feel down with the price from the Dealer
