Has anyone tried the above Grp N WRX brakes from GGR?

They are priced at £50 each.

 

No, but went down to GGR on Thursday and for the money that I wanted to spend, they recommended the EBC discs (Crossed and dimpled) and the EBC Green stuff pads. All for £200 (fronts only). Had them fitted yesterday by local garage (really simple to fit apparantly) and they are bedding in now.

What are ur first impressions of the brakes?

 

Done about 300 miles on them, but mainly motorway, so probably just about bedded in now. First impressions are that they are sharper that the originals, I will tell you more after I have drove the 57 miles to work tomorrow.

PS Hardly any brake dust now!

 

I can report a definite braking improvement in the braking dept.
