My front left wheel makes a very slight noise and there is a sensation of rubbing as I come to a stop.

It is only apparent when slowing to a stop, but is intermittent.

There has also been, once or twice only a slight pull to the left when braking.

Cant decide if its to do with the weather, or the brakes, or whatever!

I have spoken to two dealers who either cannot look at it until Friday, or is quite a distance to get to.

Any advice or suggestions?

Thanks

Asif

FYI

It was the pads, but the brake caliper was not releasing properly on the front left wheel causing excessive wear on it.

Do Scoobs have warning lights for when the pads get too low?

There did not appear to be a problem at my last service a couple of months ago.

Got them both replaced anyway and the caliper sorted - a cool £188.

My 00MY has not got wear sensors for a warning light but they do seem to have a spring like bracket attached to one pad which when worn would contact the disc and make some sort of squeal noise
