After a bit of a blast yesterday,I noticed when stopped at lights smoke coming from the front wheels of my car.On closer inspection you could see that the discs had turned blue.Are they knackered,or will the blueness go?They still work OK,the cars a MY01 WRX.

The discs turning blue is no problem, it only tells they have been on a higher temperature. In fact if you have new discs you slowly want to put heat into the discs upto the point untill they turn blue. Important is to evenly heat the discs, not only the outside otherwise they may warp. If you use your brakes for the next days with lesser brake pressure you will notice that the blue color will go away.
