I'm told this is an easy job...

I now have all the tools and parts I think I need. However, I am unsure about the best way to deal with the brake hose connections to the calipers.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

What you need is a pair of mole grips to clamp the rubber pipe while you swap the calipers, the 2 pot hoses fit the fours I think.

Had thought about that, but wondered if it wound damage the pipes?

Don't want to have to drain the system twice as I will hopefully be fitting braided hozes in a month or two.

Thanks - I know I can be heavy handed with moles sometimes...

Only has to last a little while until I can afford braided hoses and dot5.1 fluid, but I'd rather have working brakes until then

Will give it a go when there is some good weather. I wish I had a decent size garage!

If you don't want to use a mole wrench there is a clamp you can by which is made for the job...
