From memory, it's either the load situation or tyre size. It isn't awfully clear but I did figure it out eventually.
BTW, the recommended pressures for normal running are, IIRC, 32F and 28R, I found 28 to be too soft and are running ours at 32 F and R.

A is for 205 or 215 width tyres. Can't quite remember.
B is for the 225's which you should have and go with.
There actually measured in bar and not psi.
I think it was 2.2 F and 1.8 R, but you can see that from inside the door.
Personally, not had a prob with the rears being too soft but I suppose it depends on how you drive it and being a bit of pleb I probably don't push it anywhere near to it's limit !
