Default Callipers difference

Hi guys so after all the **** luck I had with my silver blobeye and all the work I had done someone decided to write it off by driving into it while it was parked up.

long story short my engine and running gear are in another blobeye now
I had golf 4 pots in my silver one and this new one has red 4 pots
whats the difference please
both cars have single pots on rear

I assume you mean gold 4 pots? Were they Brembo's?

Pictures would really help identify them. Sounds like somebody has probably repainted them at some point.

Front 4pot Brembo STi calipers are basically the same regardless of what they were initially fitted to and have been used from 2001 new-age and still today.......

colour change for 99% of the Hatch STi > but same basic body

T

Think
might be right with just being re painted.
I haven’t seen brembo ones or not knowingly anyway so was wondering if worth swapping over but probably not
