Default Knocking from rear breaks

Hi I changed my rear disks and pads today. On the test drive i found that under heavy breaking I now have developed a knock that appears to happen once with every revolution of the wheel. Everything is tightened as it should be and the pads can move freely any suggestions on what it can be? The car is a 07 hawkeye with 2 pot rears thanks in advance
