Another vote for those being Impreza "Sport" Wheels - the Turbo came on the same 5-spoke 16" wheels as the JDM WRX/STI. The design changed to the slimmer 6-spoke for MY00 cars.

So the turbo wheels are the same as above but in 16inch ?

Wouldn't think so... I remember winning a (scabby!) set for 30 quid on ebay back in 2013 albeit. I had a MY00 UK Turbo then and preferred the older wheel style.
