Bola B1 18" 8.5j Fitment Guidance

I'm looking at ordering a set of Bola B1's for my 2005 WRX Hawkeye Wagon, I'm looking at the 8.5j 18 inch wheels. What is the optimum offset and tyre size I need to look for to ensure fitment without rubbing? I will be running 30mm lowering springs eventually, but not straight away.
