Default Wheel fitment for blob

Looking at new wheels but not sure what will work on my 03 sti without rubbing or having to do the rear arches, I'll be keeping the 225/40/18 tyres and I know 18x8.5 et44 will fit perfect but there's limited options just a few rotas at this size.
Will the same size as above but an offset of et35 work ?
I've running the pedders shock and spring kit with camber bolts all round -.50 at the front and -1.50 at the rear ?

I've got no idea what the pedders shock and spring kit is but I'm running standard STI shocks with lowered springs on my 03 Type UK with 18 X 9 et35 with the same tyres and a small roll and I get no issues; they were just catching with standard rear camber, with camber bolts they didn't catch but wanted a more flush fit so opted for the roll and less camber. With the offset and width you've suggested you should be absolutely fine as they poke out 6.4mm less.
