Well, the 378's are almost ready, though they will be reduced in size to 372's (OK so Knowlesy gets to eat humble pie!!!).

Though, from a tolerance point of view it was important to allow a fraction more clearance....still the biggest brakes for an 18" wheel on an Impreza!

They will be sent to be annodised tomorrow & the finishing touches will be made to the calipers. Then of course a couple of weeks testing on the car.

Once they are on the car, they will then be tested for 60-0 times, braking distances etc.

Keep your eyes peeled!!!!!!!!

I think they'll look great , but it's amazing how Scoobysport is endorsing them, since for a very long time they were proclaiming the bigger/heavier brakes were not as good as their Brembo/AP 300 mm due to unsprung weight advantage. Ah well, alls fair in love and business LOL

Chuck, how technology moves on though the 330 mm caliper vs the AP is around 1.2kilos lighter than that of AP. Therefore the 372's will be the same weight as the AP 330 kit (though I have yet too weigh them for confirmation!!)

And of course we have reacted to my err I mean customer responses that they wanted something bigger to fill an 18/19 " wheel!!!
Coming soon so do you want me to side you a set????

Thanks but no mate, I run the standard 17" wheels so don't have room. However I'll make sure Adam takes a look when you publish the photo's - he is *very* concerned about his cars appearance and I'd guess he'll be tempted by bigger discs - though I'd think he wouldn't want KAD callipers, no brand label you see? Of course he'd be wanting to do the rears also...when are you gonna do yours?
Nice big 4-pots..yours are going to look fair puny once these are on up front!
Enjoy fella,
Chuck

Chuck

Adam is going to struggle to find calipers with "Milletts" on them Seriously, KAD have a huge reputation in mini work, producing their own twin cam 16v alloy heads and doing 140bhp conversions.

They have been making brake calipers and bells for the past 4 years and have a workshop stuffed full of state of the art CNC machinery with some very clever people running them.

They are a label of the future
