Default Constant high pitch squeal from front?

For the last week I've had a constant high pitch squeal coming from the front (passenger side). It fades out when cornering either way and gets louder with braking.

The caliper was binding slightly before Christmas but was taken apart, re greased and was then working fine. However does this sound like it good be the brake binding again?

My other thought was a possible driveshaft failure, no grease in CV boot which increases the bearing noise? Car however drives fine.

Does the squeal disappear when you apply the brake pedal ?

Some times gets worse and sometimes does nothing. Brakes don't feel as if they're binding either. It's going in the garage tomorrow to have a proper diagnosis. I'll update with the outcome...

Quick update - No seized pistons which was a relief! The rear pads literally fell apart once removed despite having a bit of meat left on them. Fronts also got replaced along with a good clean up on all pins etc. No longer have any strange noises and the brakes seem to be working a lot better.
