Default Increase of injectors cc.

Hello all,
Is it possible to increase the cc of the phase 1.5 yellow injectors to 740cc?
Looks like lateral can do this for the later injectors but not the classic?.
Thanks

can't be done im afraid. .Looked into it a while ago..
Phase 2 yellow 440cc are fairly cheap to buy secondhand.. I bought some ready to be re flowed. .you will need the adapter kit to fit them to ph 1- 1.5 manifold.

So phase 2 can be reflowed?.
I have yellows from my 98 type r but understood these to be phase 1.5.
In the end I don't mind sourcing some reds, but then with having them cleaned etc etc I thought maybe the yellows reflowed might be a better option.

Yes ph 2 can be re flowed. . Be careful if you buy some reds or others .. Some don't fit the subaru electrical plug connectors properly as they are slightly different.. you need to cut or modify your loom plugs to fit or use a modified new connector .
As you said you want to get them flowed and checked anyway so less hassle to get some ph2 yellows and flow them.
Adapter kit to suit your manifold is about £36.
Ph 2 sidefeed are v5-6 1999 -2000

Lovely appreciating the help here chaps.
So £260, plus the cost of the phase 2 yellows against me selling my phase 1.5 for similar I'd imagine.
What does the adapter kit consist of? Does it go between rails and manifold? The idea is to buy fuel rails and parallel fuel kit from CDF. Would I need phase 2 fuel rails to suit the injectors?

I bought a set of injectors and got lateral to reflow them. When I spoke to mark I got the impression he has sets he would sell rather than exchange. Would be worth giving him a call mate and could save you time and hassle of finding a donor set

The adpator kit goes in between the injectors and rail making it relatively easy to swap over.Lateral do provide a proper fitting guide.

Hi

We have had one set of spec c rails leak in 2009 . No problems occurred as we caught the issue before hand

They are no manufactured a different way with fitted nitrile orings

If we sold leaky fuel rails we wouldn't be in business

Please dont think because we are half the price of anyone else they are bad rails , we make these 100% in house here in the u.k to the best grade aluminium . And because we make the in house we are able to pass savings on

We make these for lots of subaru specialists in the u.k jay check out our page

Cheers chris CDF

I think someone has CDF in their stored search tools

People like you are the reason I don't advertise on here anymore , it used to be a pretty cool place

I have every right to come on here and correct someone when they are wrong about my products paid or not - I am not advertising anything

Wtf you on about? I'm merely pointing out you need to pay to advertise as a trader.
People like me? Really?
Last I heard was you were too busy concentrating on other stuff and have other companies selling your stuff so you don't have time to come on here hence you havnt renewed your AA status (your words).
So cut with the crap. About people like me..............cheeky tw$t!

If what you posted was correct then go for it, but its not.

2 of my friends have had your rails that have been a crap fit and caused issues. Much the same as your claim about never had any issues with your wheel spacers, yet you had my set back because they were crap....

I did pm you last month about your wheel spacers to find out who your are but you didn't reply , I am always happy to help but if you don't reply I cant . Like I said we have never had any issues if wheel spacers not fitting . I recall a few months back someone saying we supplied wrong Nuts for the wheel spacers ... Is this you ? That is not wheel spacers not fitting .

Regarding fuel rails leaking , if people are using the wrong injectors for our rails that is also not our fault ..
All we need Is a email or call and we can make adaptors to suit the different makes of injectors - rather than getting bad name for products that are perfect
If we don't know there are issues then how can we help

Compaines like RCM , ABW and KW use our spacers without any issues and for our fuel rails , tons of companies Like scoobyclinic use them ... Just give them a call and see how happy they are

Regards

I did say in the thread I had no interest in taking it any further. You had plenty of opportunities to sort it out, now you have an unhappy customer and your claim of "never had any issues" is out of the window.

Customer service is king, and you obviously missed that lesson. Maybe your new advertising can be

"almost no issues with my products, if you don't count the leaking fuel rail and spacers that dont work...."

Wow. I thought I'd check in on this thread and have found the usual scoobynet bollocks.

Jvglanza, not doubting what you've said for one second, appreciate the advice and heads up.

Chris, I posted on a thread on FB a few weeks back regarding your rails/braided hose packages for V4. I'm Alex Butcher on Facebook.

Perhaps I could be a test mule 😀 and report back on CDF's products???!!!
