Default 4pot refurb - bleed?

Hey guys, ive changed discs and pads on cars before but took the wrx in a little garage when one of my brakes started screeching at me whilst I was out.

They told me 2 of the pistons on one of my front calipers had seized.

I have a 53 plate wrx so have the usual 4 pot calipers. I'm going to remove both the fronts to refurb them with the kit from Godspeed, but questions..

Do I clamp the brake line and then remove the calipers?

When re-fitting do I need to / how do I go about bleeding the brakes?

Thanks, I appreciate these might be daft questions to some but not to me, so any help is appreciated.
