Default Wrx V limited

Hi there can someone give me a rough idea how much a fresh import 1998 Subaru wrx v limited (2 door) is worth with roughly around 60k on clock...

There isn't much information on them on here and there's non on for sale at the moment

I'm looking for one at the mo, the none STI ones seems to be around 6-7. The STI 6.5 - 15 spec dependent.

Not really, similar mileage, age and condition and the STI will be worth 1-2k more.
Its nothing against the wrx type R limited but the STI IS a better all round car, BUT the wrx is going to be a rarer beast.

Yes exactly that, there is STI on this forum that needs a little love up at offers over 5k whereas a mint WRX could easily go for more.

Thanks for that mate so they are worth around the same price but a good sti type r is worth way more than a good wrx type r but the rough price of a wrx type r would be around 6500 in decent nick?

There are two none STI types Rs on PistonHeads, both been around a while one for 6500 one for 7000. There was a white STI Type up on eBay for 6500.. Links below

STi

WRX V Ltd

WRX V ltd

The STi sold quickly suggesting a fair to cheap price, the other two have been around a chunk longer suggesting they might be too high. For a quick sale, I'd advertise a bit above 6 if you are willing to wait go for nearer 7. It's to say though without seeing the car and comparing it to others. Are you sure its not an STI, have you checked? Stick the model code in the checker here http://www.type-ra.com/
