Where can I buy tyre pump with 13Amp plug on (not the cigarette lighter type)?

Most electric air pumps seem to have a cigarette lighter plug at the end (makes sense for most uses I guess). I need one with a normal plug at the end so I can use it in the garage.
Anyone know where I can get one (already tried Halfords - no luck there).
