Brembo
Depends how much you want to spend on brakes imo.
I've fitted front Brembos...rears to follow... as I can't afford the bigger brake kits but the Brembos do the job admirably imo.
And you may need a bigger size wheel as well.

There is a noticeable improvement 4 pot to Brembo

On the front its definitely worth it as the standard setup is a bit pony.
On the rear I wouldn't bother as you have to convert to the bigger discs with either a circular spacer or massively thick shoes to match you existing hand brake mechanism. Basically hassle and expense for little gain over the two pots.

depending on what rear set-up you have and pad choice, etc. on the front you may well benefit from a material upgrade at min. - lots of poor information about rear not having to do much which is VERY wrong - you need the rears to be carrying their fair share on a 4wd car
Personally, I find Brembos more about hype than quality.
They KNOW there's a problem screwing steel bolts into an alloy caliper, but do they cast in a thread in stainless? Do they fit helicoils? Nope, they sell cr@p, then let the poor mugs deal with the problem.
German engineering? My ****.

to be fair Brembo only supply what Subaru ask/pay for - they are a production caliper no more and little different to most other offerings from AP, Alcon, etc...
IMO the issue is they are over-torqued in the factory during initial fitment
p.s. Brembo is ITALIAN nowt to do with Germany - just don't mention the war
