Evening all,

In the market or some 'proper' 16" rubber for spirited road use, unlikely to see track days etc but there seems to be limited choice in 16"

Searching the forums VREDESTEIN ULTRAC SESSANTA's seem to be a solid good value choice but cant see them in 16"

Cheers

NS-2R - Plenty of satisfied people use them on the road - they are 'e' marked - 120 or 180 tread wear available.

Also the Hankook V12 evo2 k120 - haven't seen a review yet, as it's a newish release - replacing the k110 version

Review of the Dunlop:

Didn't the Vorti replace the Sessanta?

Nokian zLine:

I've only done a few thousand miles on them, but wear rate seems to be good. Excellent grip wet and dry, good response and feedback. Oponeo are doing them for £65 a corner delivered, which is very reasonable for a tyre this good.

Sportrac 5's are available in 16" and are an excellent tyre, Camskill have them for a good price: http://www.camskill.co.uk/m62b0s300p...0_16_205_50R16

Edit: looking at the prices I'd be tempted to go with the Nankang NS2R, not quite the right sidewall depth in a 55 but they should fit fine and the speedo should only marginally under-read.

I went for yokohama AD08R in 225/50/16 whick is a fair size on a classic. But i like tall sidewalls
