Default 05' JDM STi 10" wheels... Hell.

So I bought my jdm sti with some rota 10" all round wheels, with 225/40/18 tyres stretched on to keep the tread in the arches... - can't have anybody in the back and the arches catch the stretched tyre wall when I hit certain bumps (standard suspension)
Is there a market for 10" wheels of I was to sell these? Previous owner bought/fitted and consequently kerbed them too, I would get them refurbed if I could keep them...

Which leads mentor he next point - what's the widest wheel/offset I can fit without major issues?

I don't think they made rota g force drift in 10"

They look like 9" with to smaller tyres one, as 10" would need coilvers etc

http://www.rotashop.co.uk/rota-force...741_273178.htm

Seems 10.5".. I was only using a tape measure on the onside lips whilst still on the car

I'd like some rota GTR/ Ray te37 type wheels...

Read my original post and you'll see that's what i'd ideally like to do...

"Which leads me to the next point - what's the widest wheel/offset I can fit without major issues"

The above version is minus autocorrects input

I had Rota Grids 18x9.5" with 225/40/18 on my hawk, and I was always wary of driving the car hard with the wider wheels on as it didnt seem to feel safe.
I changed the wheels over to the standard 2012 hatch STi wheels and the car felt much safer/better to drive then the old set up!!

This picture says it all really(way to wide)

From memory they where £340 for the 2012 STi alloy wheels only, bought them used, then put my tyres off the Rota grids on them(225-40-18)

Found this e-bay link for them in the US at £80 each(unfortunately delivery will be loads), but some details of the wheels on the advert, but they do pop up occasionally on e-bay uk

Here are some more pics of the 2012 oem enkei wheels on my hawk sti

Beauitful! I think I'd put a 3/4mm spacer on the rear just to fill it that tiny bit more if it was me..

On another forum they're saying they are RB320 wheels?

Think 235/40/18 tyres would suit better too, thats the standard RB320 tyre size, but the wheels on my old car are defo not RB320 wheels, very similar but think they have less spokes.
