Is anybody running 50 profile tyres?

Just curious as im after new tyres and was ready to put 225/45/17 on and a mate has suggested 225/50/17 so wondering does anybody run them and if so what do they look like once on the wheel and on the car

Lol,I would just stick with the 225/45/17 tyres mate.SJ.

Apart from anything else this increases the gearing considerably and is way out of recommended variation in tyre profiles.

im running 215/40/17 and thats wrong size but they where on the wheels when i put them on the car
