Default Scratching noise from wheel

Hi I have a scratching noise coming from my front drivers wheel area, this noise sound like the brake disc rubbing the disc shield i taken the shield off and the noise is still there. I'm starting to think maybe wheel bearing, driveshaft or dodgy suspension leg God knows what it could be. If anyone has experienced anything like this could they let me know..

Thanks

Piece of grit between disc and pad?
Pads not bedded properly and one edge catching?

Pad not backing off far enough, so keeping in contact with disc?

AFAIK, there's always some contact, just no pressure so no wear.
