Default Changing brake fluid

I need some advice on changing my brake fluid
Do i need to pump all the old fluid out first or just keep topping up and pumping until the new fluid comes through. Im changing it for ATE super blue racing. Also, i seem to remember reading that you need to bleed them in sequence, starting at the passenger rear and working round?
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks
Steve

OSF, NSR, NSF, OSR..........

IMO do not drain the system as you morw likely to induce air locks, etc. - remove as much old fluid from the resevoir as possible (syringe helps) and then top up with new and then bleed each corner until fresh
