I currently have some Rota Fighter wheels that are 18x9.75 ET 20 something I believe...

Firstly will 285/35/18's be ok? I hate the stretched look and would rather a bit of a bulge than the other way.

Secondly I am planning on fitting Karlton or ABW arches to house them, will they be ok on the inside of the wheel arch though?

I suppose what I am asking is other than fitting the over fenders will I need to do anything else?

(Obviously I have coilovers etc so can adjust height)

I'm not 100% sure,but think 9.5JX18" ET20 should be OK with 285 tyres,but still think you will need bit wider wheels,I know I've seen XXR 527 9.75 with 255/40 tyres and they're not been stretched

I would speak with Rich@Mags about this

And about the using Karlton or ABW arches there shouldn't be problem to house them,although you will need to cut arches at front and at rear,but be 100% sure again I would speak with Darren or Karlton arches supplier

Id have to say that the wheels wont be 9.75" wide if theyre Rotas, more likely 9.5".
9.5" would be completely lost inside Karlton arches
