Default Work Emotion Kiwami 18x9.5 5x100

Afternoon,

I'm considering changing my wheels over the winter period and this means my current wheels are possibly for sale.

As stated in the title, they are;
Work Emotion Kiwami (ultimate), 18x9.5 5x100 and et38. The perfect size (in my opinion) for a new age Impreza
Some info from Work about the wheels:
This WORK Emotion CR Ultimate utlizes WORK Flowforming Technology, also known as spun forming here in the U.S.

The key benefit for flow forming is able to reduce the barrel thickness, thus reducing the weight of the wheel without compromising the strength of the rim barrel. The CR Ultimate is a good choice for motorsports racing use and/or general street use.

Unlike our competitors' flow forming wheels, WORK flow forming wheels start with low-pressure cast construction, whereas some of our competitors use lower quality gravity casting.

Low-pressure cast construction has a denser material property over gravity cast wheels, thus allowing a greater strength advantage over gravity cast with flow-forming barrel.

They have a couple of small marks where the paint was slightly damaged when the tyres were fitted, and a small ding and scratch where I was a biff and caught the kerb. The wheels will not come with tyres but I will have them powder coated any colour you want, but to do this I would require a non-refundable deposit of £250

As I'm out of the country with work until 22nd Nov the wheels will not be available until 27th Nov, this will give me chance to have the tyres removed and get them re-finished.

I will sell them as they are for £1400 or re-furbished for £1600.

Time for pics, some are from when I got them, some are a couple of months ago. I don't have any pictures of the damage I mentioned earlier, I'm still too annoyed about it to get one

Located in the North East, Durham

Thanks for looking

Kev

Hi Mate,

Sadly I cannot afford the wheels, however I just wanted to ask where you got your rear carbon fibre diffuser from? Awesome looking car mate

It's from JM Carbon mate. However, unless you are very good friends with a body shop, or you're happy to cut your own bumper up I wouldn't buy one. 3-4 Body-shops refused to fit it so I had to do it myself in the end

Don't have any experience with this stuff at all but couldn't have done it without my mates ramp and some decent tools. You will also need to make a bracket to mount it to the underside of the car, JM Carbon will probably not tell you this when you buy it

I don't think I'd do it again

Is yours a wide track?

Or have you had the arches pulled at the rear?

Ah ok, was thinking 9.5" could be tight under standard arches!

Really nice wheels!

Gorgeous wheels
The ones I really wanted for my car when I had it.
We must have similar taste as I had the same carbon diffuser
Fitted it myself though and found it quite simple
Think it just depends if you can turn your hand to things
It did involve cutting the bumper
But looks absolutely amazing
If 114 I'd buy these for a golf glws but I'd keep personally

Thanks mate, think they're sold. Should be being collected on Monday.
The splitter was more of a pain in the **** than anything else. Repeated cutting and trial fits around the exhaust was the main bitch. The bumper cut was the easy part.
What golf would you put them on if they were 114?
