Default Revolution Milleniums 18x8" REDUCED!..

REDUCED TO £370

TYRES REDUCED TO £120!!

MIGHT EVEN CONSIDER AN OFFER NEAR THAT!!

REGARDING POST'S MADE BY OTHERS FURTHER DOWN:

I HAVE JUST CALLED SCOOBYCLINIC AND CAN CONFIRM THAT THEY ARE NOT DOING THESE WHEELS IN 18" AND NEVER HAVE DONE AND DEFINETLY NOT AT THIS PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEY ONLY HAD A BATCH OF 17" WHEELS THEY WERE DOING AT THIS SPECIAL PRICE AND HAVE ON 2/3 SETS LEFT.

BONESETTER...NOT MEANING TO HAVE A DIG..BUT WOULD APPRICIATE IF YOU WOULD GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT BEFORE SUGGESTING I'VE OVERPRICED THESE WHEELS AND THEY CAN BE BOUGHT CHEAPER FROM SCOOBYCLINIC...YOUR COMMENTS MAY HAVE PUT OFF POTENTIAL BUYERS OF THESE WHEELS...PLEASE REMOVE SPANNER FROM THE WORKS..MANY THANKS!!

THESE WHEELS ARE £660 NEW FROM REVOLUTION PLUS DELIVERY.

These wheels are idea to clear any STI gold brembo conversions for a classic.

I am happy to send these via courier as long as the buyer organises it and they can be picked up by the courier firm.

Packaging will be a little xtra for the tape/bubble wrap etc but will only ask for the cost of materials used.

This is a good option for anyone considering shipping: https://www.paisleyfreight.com/

Also paypal or bank transfer is fine as long as fee's are covered.

[/I][/B]These wheels hardly ever come up for sale second hand and rarley in such good overall condition.

[/I][/I][/B][/B][/B][/B]Selling these quality wheels as I've put my classic UK Wagon back to standard.

The wheels are 18" x 8j and Offset is ET 48

PCD 100.

They are perfect for a classic and clear Gold STI Brembos (selling these also)

As they are 8" wide, they look great on a classic coming out almost flush with the arches. I have had these wheels on the car with 215/35/18 tyres (Falken FK452's) and they cleared the arche lips fine without any rubbing etc.

I recently fitted some winter tyres at 225/40/18 and these rubbed a little when I had weight in the car although it is on standard UK suspension which is quite soft now given the cars age.

I think they would ideally be fitted with 225/35/18 tyres for the perfect look and as long as the car's suspension is firm..I think they should be fine...as I said..215/35/18's definitly do fit fine.

All wheels are in very good condition as can be seen in the pics with slight kerbing to them of which 2 are worse than the other 2...all hold air fine and were fine when on the car without any issues.

Even the inner side of the wheels is very clean as can be seen.

As many of us know.. this is a quality set of wheels and really suit the classic impreza being almost identical to the wheels fitted on Colin Mcrae's rally winning 4 door car!

They are proper motorsport wheels and not sure but I think they might be forged. Not too sure on this though so a call to Revolution would confirm it.

They are fitted with Rays STI centre caps, not sure if these are genuine or not but they are very good quality with a proper spring loaded plastic centre.

I rang up Revolution the other day and aksed them for the best deal they can do on them to gauge a price and was told £165 inc VAT plus delivery a wheel..so a total of £660 plus delivery.

With this and my wheels condition in mind, I'm asking for £400 for the wheels which I think is an honest price for a great set of wheels that do not come up for sale often.

I do have some part worn Falkens in 215/35/18 which I was going to keep for spares but am happy to let these go for £120 should anyone want them..tread is reasonable on them. They are a pair of Ziex 912's and a pair of FK 452's.

Sale is based on a pickup from Harrow in Middlesex but I'm happy to help anyone out and meet within a few miles form me at any of the main motorways which are not too far from me M40/25/1 if that helps anyone.

Not really looking to post them out but can do if your happy to organise pay for it etc..

Pics:

Happy to take calls on these..PM me for my number

AfAIK..I don't think Scoobyclinic have this size and colour?

I think it's just a deal they are doing on certain sizes and colours they have a load of.

If I'm wrong then I'll change my price to suit but I'm pretty sure I'm not.

So you actually paid £432 once you've accounted for the VAT.

Managed to find a pic through the archives of these fitted to a classic if this helps to sway anyone

I am happy to send these via courier as long as the buyer organises it and they can be picked up by the courier firm.

Also paypal or bank transfer is fine as long as fee's are covered.

Or I might be able to knock a little bit off for a cash on collection sale..

These wheels hardly ever come up for sale second hand and rarley in such good overall condition.

I assume these will fit a Type-R V5? How much are you charging for packaging?

[QUOTE=type-rob;10489155]I assume these will fit a Type-R V5? How much are you charging for packaging?[/QUOTE

They should fit fine mate as I had them on my UK classic Wagon but you would obviously need to confirm this.

They are 18 x 8j as I've stated so as long as you've got reasonably stiff suspension (which a type R has..I've had one before!) you should be fine on the tyre clearance with a 225/35/18

I ran them with 215/35/18 tyres which cleared fine though were a little slim.

As stated...these are ET48 offset too.

They look better than the 7.5 width wheels as they come dead flush with the arches.

If they would fill my arches once the ABW extensions go on I'd have them mate, but I think I'd need some mighty big spacers to get them to fit

Thanks dude

I really do NOT want to sell these but do not have the room to store themas spares so need to move them on.

It's a shame for them to be tucked away too as it really is one of the best suited wheels for any classic Impreza IMO!

Not being funny bonesetter did state that the ones he bought were 17"s and these all need a refurbish. I'm after a set of these for mine but I'll hold out for 17"s at that price.

Sorry just being honest.

17" wheels in any style from most manufacturers will almost always be cheaper than 18" versions. So to compare the price of two different size's of the same wheels is really a waste of time IMO as they will always be more in the larger size.

My wheels are really aimed at someone who is not after a mint set of wheels but one's that are in very good overall condition as can be seen form the large number of pics I've taken the time to post while making a big saving on buying new one's.

If 17" wheels is what your after then fair enough but most people who want a set of 18" wheels will stick to that as they have a particular look in mind for the car which you can only achieve with 18" wheel...especially on a classic where they make a massive difference to the overall look of the car IMO.

No need to be sorry mate..each to their own so to speak..
