cheap black 16" wheels

hi mate what condition are they in ,is there any paint flaking off,are the painted well also are tyres any good.

Hey mate.. tyres are got quite alot tread left on them however there is tiny bit of paint flaking off but its nothing major and the wheels havent been curbed. cheers
