Brand New Nexen Winter tyres 2254018

I bought these last year and never needed them (typical), they have been sat in my garage since last November.

Brand new and cost me just under £100 tyre
Looking for £250

I could be interested in these? Would they fit a standard 330s rim or are they too narrow (standard tyre is 245/40/18). Cheers. Where about in west wales? Thanks
