Try Ian Godney on here, Ebc disc and blue stuff pads I hear are good for everyday use and a lil more. black diamond are also good. Search button on here is your friend loads of info on here about brake set ups.
Good luck with your choice

the ian godney discs are definitely good. have ap racing 6 pots on the front of my P1 and the standard crappy 1 pots on the back. A £99 set of his grooved discs and kevlar pads did wonders for the usually shocking 1 pot rear brakes. when i need replacement discs from the aps i'll definitely be getting his 330mm discs.
heard mixed reviews about the ebc bluestuff. new compound is supposed to be amazing, great from cold getting gradually better as they heat up. after going through the massive ebc bluestuff thread on here i've come to conclusion that they're good on aftermarket calipers but not on the standard 4 pots. a lot of people have complained about over heating the pads and causing damage to the discs because the standard 4 pot calipers don't disperse the heat properly.
for the standard calipers my preference would be ian godney discs and ds2500s. for my aps i will be going for the ian godney discs and ebc bluestuff because combined with aps the bluestuff is supposed to be amazing and even if not they're cheap enough to discard. currently have ds2500s which are really good.

I`ve got the grooved discs all round (from Ian). Performance Friction pads on the front and EBC bluestuff on the rear (did have the Kevlar ones but took them off cos they`re pants).
