It's hard to believe what you can get these days for your money..For 15 grand that is stunning..
I'd get rid of that horrible body kit though its a tad 'the fast and the furious'.

It really is a select market now, we all know the money we spend on our cars are for ourselves, you never get it back but the way i see it , some people smoke it.. some drink it.. and my car gets mine lol you cant put a price on a smile.

but its a shame because come sale time they wont sell and will have to be broken.

agree, end of the day its still just a gc8 and they're not worth nowt anymore.
sometimes i look at the classifieds to see if there's owt to tempt me back and i see the price of the later gc8 sti's and type r's and have a chuckle to myself and mutter 'no chance'.don't get me wrong i love impreza's and especially the gc8's but if i were to buy another it would have to be something really special for the money they're currently at.

I agree very lucky to get 10k for that, it looks a nice thing (apart from the swirl pot in a crush zone recipe for diaster that), but how can you ever be sure it's what it says it is, IMHO it's much better to buy a heap of sh*t dirt cheap and turn it into a proper trackday car rather than a powerful but compromised road car.
