Gauging interest for a Dyno Day
Just wanted to see if anyone would be interested in a dyno day on a MAHA Dyno at 'Exhaust Discounts - http://www.exhaustdiscounts.co.uk/' in Leeds sometime in January? Looking to see if there would be any interest before I attempt to arrange something later this month.
I heard about the companies £300k dyno system through someone in the trade and thought it would be a good idea to arrange something especially since it's a MAHA Dyno and most people have Dyno dynamics figures. I've already had a word with the company, they said that we would be able to do it for £25 per car for power runs and print outs assuming we can arrange enough cars.
If you're not familiar with the MAHA dyno I believe it's rather different to the Dyno Dynamics kit, see here for typical read outs http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...AHA-dyno-sheet.
Let me know what you think? If there's enough interest I will put something together in a few weeks and confirm a date etc.... (would most likely be the 9th or 16th January). Best results in the cool winters air

Dunx would you not want to put yours on?
Looks like they'd be enough people for me to go a head and arrange this
I'm going on my hols for the next couple of weeks so I'll post all the details and start a list at the end of November.
They have said that they can definitely do 15 cars in a sessions with the potential for a few more, any over 15 cannot be guaranteed but are welcome to come along in case they get finished early or people don't show. Everyone is welcome to spectate
Priority will be first come first served in terms of the list. Anyone who has already shown interest here will start the list
Speak to you all on the 25th.... assuming the plane doesn't go down somewhere, hate flying

Yes Bez it'll be the 9th January. That's the best day for them.
I'll still be running mine as is now but hopefully I'll have the new coilovers fitted and aligned before January

Ok chaps, a quick update before I go to bed.
The place emailed to push the date back to Feb. Their fan has gone so the rolling road is out of action until the replacement arrives towards the end of January. They new fan is an upgrade so I'm told, means the likes of bigarf will be able to keep their beasts cooler.
Any how, worked all night so I'm off to bed.
