They're photoshops not conversions. There's a few tutorials on how to do it knocking round.
I can tell its one of those pass round emails anyway, the Porsche "targa" is actually Porsche Carrera GT. A Targa looks like the coupe but has a full class roof that slides inside and back. Obviously it was originally passed round by someone who know very little about cars...
There has been some mad conversions though, on guy actually did make his smart look like a Porsche but it just look daft.
