Default Early morning run next Sunday anyone?

That will be the 28th then. 6am, Xscape car park.

Route to be confirmed, but rest assured it'll be a good 'un, and we'll be back in time for lunch.

Um...

Work has intervened and put a stop to my playtime guys.

Afraid I'll be in London on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, so it's a no-go from me, but feel free to do this anyway.

Bez, with the early morning runs it's usually the case that we're back home for lunch (ish) and you should usually get home with a little fuel to spare from a full tank, but that all depends on the overall pace. And yes, it really is 6am. The summer ones sometimes start at 4
