Hello All,

I Don't normal post things on here of this nature but in this case i feel we must to inform you all (our valued customers and friends) to stay well clear of a company called JPerformance - | High Performance Tuning Upgrades - | High Performance.

We were referred to this company after trying to source a pre 95 front mount intercooler for a good customer of ours. The normal company we use regularly for this kind of thing do not stock/supply the pre 95 versions, our customers car was in bits and we urgently needed the specific fit kit. After contacting this company via ebay (jpsales-online), we had instant replies advising us to visit there website and set up a trade account which i did. After just a few hours and several emails the account was setup promptly and i then in turn order and paid for the intercooler via there site. It has now been over 6 weeks and we have received nothing!!!. Despite over 20 emails to them threating legal action and asking for at least a refund. We are now still over 200 out of pocket and not received a single thing or even an apology/excuse/reason of any form.

There website has no contact telephone numbers or even an address, yes maybe we have should looked into this company further, however i took them on trust and assumed they would be a genuine and professional company like ourselves, i could have not been more wrong!!!

PLEASE ALL BE AWARE, I WOULD HATE TO SEE THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.

As i said, never normally bad mouth other people/companies on here, but in this case i deemed it necessary to protect others from making the same mistake as we did.

Please forward this post on to any other jap forum or section within this.

Mate. I've sent them a pretty forthright message about brand loyalty in the market we're all in and treating customers properly.

We all know that you and Zac are up there with the best, it's real shame others can't match that ability.

They'll ultimately suffer on the back of bad press, but let's hope that my small contribution and our combined number (of all the clubs, BB's and people we associate with) wakes them up.

 

Yeah sorry to hear about that lads, You and Zac are both spot on and do a great job, I was more than happy with what got sorted on mine, pity there are w@nkers out there that pull that kind of cr@p.

cheers mate, came across that myself on the same site, number does not ring, tried direct enquires and they state it has been disconnected and is an Edinburgh code? strange as these guys appear to be in co antrim, ireland??? Thanks for trying though, really appreciate all the help.

I have had a response off the company in question and after sending some of Drews details, I'm waiting on their reply.

You should deal with decent local folks who only take all your wages off you every time you visit....
